Lys gul nesten hvit med hvitt flyktig skum. Lukter ananas, gjær og noe laktose. Lett. Fruktig. Smaker tørr ananasjuice og noe epler.

The one at the far end. Untapped says 4%, beer board here says 3.4%. Either way it's a kiddies drink, bringing disrepute to the word 'cider'

Pours clear, pale blonde. Scent is full, rustic apple. skins. Bit simple but still, natural is always pleasant. Taste is appleskins, chewy, bit tannic. Quite simple. Enjoyable, but lacks some fruityness to be more interesting.

On tap at BrewDog Outpost Tower Hill, pours a clear pale golden, almost no head. Nose brings out dry apple skins and plenty of bourbon barrels in good cohesion. Flavour is very dry, with lots of dry apple skins, bourbon and gentle farmhouse funk. Big, balanced and robust—excellently barrel aged. Real nice.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 07/03/23. Almost clear golden with an off white covering that thins to a swirl. Nose is apple pulp, caramel, light sugars, grains, perfume. Taste comprises toffee apple, dusty hops, stewed apple, tannins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Decent drop.
