Description
We started Braybrooke in 2017 with just one aim - to make really good lager. Beer doesn’t have to be complicated as long as it’s made in the right way with a commitment to quality. That’s exactly what we’re doing, brewing proper lager in the heart of the English countryside, near Market Harborough.

Keg at MK BG, 17/04/18. Almost clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap . Nose is bready malts, citric drizzle, melon, toasted grains. Taste comprises much the same, light floral whisper, airy malts, breads, melon, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with moderate hop bitterness. Ok blonde affair.
