Description
We started Braybrooke in 2017 with just one aim - to make really good lager. Beer doesn’t have to be complicated as long as it’s made in the right way with a commitment to quality. That’s exactly what we’re doing, brewing proper lager in the heart of the English countryside, near Market Harborough.

Bottle at home picked up from The Society on a whim. Great to find an unpasteurised lager, but I hadn't realised this and ended up with the sediment in the glass. Oh well. It's a lager, it's got a low abv and it hit the spot. Blindingly expensive but worth a try.

330ml bottle purchased from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. Pours very dark brown, almost opaque with a small loose beige/khaki head. Light aroma of stone fruit, some berry, notes of Ruby chocolate. Sweet, sweet taste, but not too sweet, some chocolate notes with bit hits bof blueberry. Slight bitterness in the finish, with a touch of fruited caramel in the aftertaste. Gentle body with soft to medium carbonation. This is really a magical lager.

0,33 flaske fra Clapton Craft Kentish Town, delt med Steven: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Fin maltaroma og -smak med litt urter, gress og brød. Mild bitterhet i avslutningen. Lettdrikkelig og forfriskende i sommervarmen her på Muswell Hill.
