Description
We started Braybrooke in 2017 with just one aim - to make really good lager. Beer doesn’t have to be complicated as long as it’s made in the right way with a commitment to quality. That’s exactly what we’re doing, brewing proper lager in the heart of the English countryside, near Market Harborough.

330ml bottle, thanks to Mark for procuring this from the brewery! Quaffed while watching England lose to Spain in the Euros. Pours dark, as promised, lovely dark cocoa shades, grainy feel with bready moments. Excellent dark lager.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from OG Clapton Craft. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Light sweet flavour with some tropical hops, pale biscuits, mild bitterness, lemon rind, a little grapefruit. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, some southern hem hops, bready pale malts, biscuits, straw, rind. Very tasty.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 24. Fresh as you like, having been bottled that afternoon! Pours a clear pale gold, good pure white head. Light malty aroma. Flavour profile seems quite mild, clean and light feel with a simple, soft malty presence, low bitterness pils. Usually a bit more oomph to Braybrooke's beers, perhaps brewed according to client's request.
