Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from OG Clapton Craft. Pours clear gold with a big, frothy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with lovely southern hem pizza hops, lemon, grapefruit, pale bread, light rindy bitterness. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, more pithy and pissy hops, pale bread. Sound.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours clear gold, lightly effervescent with a large, frothy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of simple pale bready biscuits, a little bitter hay, cereal grains. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more crispy grains, cereal, biscuits. Basic but enjoyable.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Aug 23. Thanks Mark for this! Pours a hazy gold with good white head. 11 weeks lagering in tank apparently and, to be fair, it is pretty flavoursome with a developed malt sweetness and rounded with a good hop bitterness. Excellent maibock.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Aug 23. Pours a deep dark brown, beige head. Inviting sticky sweet moist fruitcake aroma. Sweet rich character with dark caramel flavours.. very accomplished doppelbock with an excellent, developed depth of flavour.

Keg draught at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Light yellow/gold and slightly hazy with a small white head. Light aroma, some citrus and grainy character. Delicious taste, lightly peppery with more pronounced citrus and a significantly more bitter finish. Slight body with very heavy carbonation. Good pils.
