500ml bottle. Hazy brown with creamy lasting off-white medium head. Yeasty and wheaty aroma, decent red currant note. Typical Dunkelweizen taste, acerbic, sourish, fizzy carbonation. Lacks some Weizenbock features, that would do better: a more creamy palate, spicyness, more fruit notes. Overall a good Dunkelweizen with an hidden higher abv.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Sweet and mildly grainy malty aroma with a tinge of honey and a milky touch. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Solid and a bit honey-ish pale malt-character with shy herbal accents; sweet and shy bitter hoppy finish with notes of honey in the aftertaste. 03.I.12

Bottle: Clear, golden, white lacy head, sweetish-grainy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft, medium bodied; slightly lingering mainly malty-sweetish finish with a taste of honey, balancing hops detectable. Not bad.....

Herb-würziger Antrunk mit aromatischen Getreidenoten. Zunehmend bitterer, aromatischer Hopfen, bei dem die geringe Trockenheit nicht stört. Stimmiges, zum Ende aromatisch werdendes Pils. 7/11/12/11/6/12

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, nutyy - keller, light roasted, light brown sugar. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111016]

Bottled 500ml. -Murky yellow/orange coloured, small white head, light fruity wheaty nose. Lively carbonation. Wheaty, light yeasty and fruity with slight bready notes. Mild hint of spices in rather short sweetish finish. Something is missing here...

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. BBE 12/2011. Poured darb brown with a nicely lacing beige head. Aroma of dark bread, roasted malt. Flavor is bread, caramel and roasted malt. Decent.

Beer No. 14 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
Bottled 500ml. -from the bottle in the car somewhere on Bavarian highway. Light lemony nose. Artificial sweet lemony taste with heavy sugary finish. Worse even than few Croatian radlers.
