Bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy golden color with nice huge white head. Good lacing. Aroma of banana, lemon, clove. Taste, banana, orange, spices. Nice bittersweet finish. Good.

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Golden color with huge white head. Aroma of sweet malt, grain and some fruitiness. Taste, starts sweet malty, than continues with red fruit touch, long bittersweet finish. Refreshing, drinkable.

Dunkel-malziger Antrunk, etwas herb. Im Mittelteil wird der Doppebock geringfügig milder, eine aufkommende Würzigkeit scheint halbherzig. So wird das Bier im hinteren Bereich etwas wässrig, im Abgang kommt zwar ein Malzschub empor aber auch dieser wirkt durch die Wässrigkeit eher harmlos. Eine bittere Nuance ist erkenbar, etwas grasig. Säuerlich malziger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil herb werdend, deutlich malzig. Die Säuerlichkeit wird zwar schwächer, ist aber bis in den Abgang hinein erkennbar.Das Malz wird cremiger, etwas bitter und zuletzt etwas brotig. Test vom 12.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,11,12,11,11,11 - 11,05

Bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy, nice head. Starts very malty, modest spicy-wheaty. Bitter hoppy notes in the background. Finish still heavy-malty, not very drinkable. Somehow boring!

Bottle. Sweet brown sugar malt aroma. Dark reddish-brown color with moderate head. Sweet, smokey brown sugar malt flavor with a light bitter finish. Really like the flavor although body is a bit light.

Bottle. Sweet banana, orange, light clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow-brown color with moderate head. Sweet light banana/orange and moderate bitter clove flavor - light malt finish. Smells great but flavor and body are pretty light.

Bottle. Banana, bubblegum, orange, light clove and caramel malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy dark brown/orange with nice head. Sweet banana, bitter clove and light caramel malt flavor. Medium body and acidity. Very good.

Bottle:Clear, golden, visible carbonation, small - quickly vanishing - white head; sweetish-grainy-strawy nose with a very faint hoppiness; moderate sweetish flavour, almost medium bodied; a light grassy bitterness shows up in the sweetish-grainy finish.Average Helles..........

33cl bottle; Clear, pale golden colour with a bubbling foamy white head of medium size. Moderately sweet pale malty, slightly perfumed aroma with grassy hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Soft pale malty base with shy grainy accents and herbal and grassy hops; slightly sweet malty finish with bitter hops giving a moderate dry-out-effect. Decent Pilsener. 04.X.09
