On tap at HopDog. Lightly orange, slight haze and perfect head. Nose of spicy fresh malt. Flavor is slightly sweet, super fresh hay field, nice smooth earthy bitterness, wow this is excellent.

0.5l tap. Unclear golden orange with a creamy head. Stone fruit, citrus, grainy, bready, zesty, hay and pale malt. Grainy fruity sweetness, dry zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty fruity grainy bready finish. Good Kellerbier, but does not hit completely the spot for me.

Hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma had floral hops, light honey and fresh bread. Over the palate came floral and light fruity notes followed up by honey, light bread and biscuit. Finished balanced towards bitter. Nice!

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, amber colour with average, frothy to creamy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and slightly yeasty fruity aroma, hints of mirabelle, apricot, some honey. Taste is minimally nutty, caramel malty with low residual sweetness, mildly bitter, grassy-spicy hoppy and slightly yeasty fruity, hints of mirabelle, apricot, a touch of thistle, honey, nougat, pear. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, well balanced, well controlled sweetness, nice yeasty fruity flavours - good!

Draught @ Brauerei Roppelt, Stiebarlimbach. Pours cloudy golden yellow with a white head. Fruit, grains and bready malts. Honeysuckle and a whiff of marmelade. Super smooth and dry hoppy finish. Dope one.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek' (online), best before November 2023. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of banana, pear, some clove and a touch of honey. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, a touch of pear and hints of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally chalky finish. Medium body, very smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very pleasant Weizen, well-balanced and smooth with a fruity touch.

Sweetish-malty, gently floral and a bit fruity aroma of caramel, honey, sultanas and some nuts. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly floral and a bit fruity taste of caramel, honey, nuts, grains and light sultanas, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, very smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant Franconian lager, typically smooth, super harmonious. Quite good for a Märzen.
