Had this at Die Weisse, Salzburg, Austria 02.06.12 Hazy gold with white head. Wheaty with loads of banana and a hint if clove but this is so bananey it us difficult to believe that it hasn’t got mashed up banana in it. The carbobation is soft and the bitterness v.low. Nice beer. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Had this at Die Weisse, Salzburg, Austria 02.06.12 Golden with a very slight haze and a white frothy huge head. Carbonation was soft, taste was a bit minerally and a little steely in the mouth with the hops showing a distinct cleaness. Good beer, refreshing, clean and this is a good guzzling brew. Had this at Die Weisse, Salzburg, Austria 02.06.12 consumed outside (Frank) camper at Camping Knaus, Nuremburg, Germany 04.06.12 Die Weiss Jubilator 8% Drinking this by candlelight outside (Frank) camper so I cannot be certain of the colour, however it looks fine and is probably some copper or ambery colour with a white head, touch of gaze. Strong in mouth but wheatiness shining through. Hazy gold with white head. I have served this a tad too cold but it is still good. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long to average duration, yeasty, tart fruity notes. Bottle. A finger-thick, off-white head forms over an unclear, golden-orange body. It’s wheaty, fruity and orangey on the nose. A pleasant spicyness blends in too. Some banana and bubble gum as well. The flavor is a bit orange peel bitter, with fresh oranges, some banana and wheat. A little spicyness and bitterness in the end. Smooth and full-bodied. A quite decent weissbier. 111105

Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours hazy orange with a small creamy white head. Sweet nose. Fresh baked bread, rubber and caramel. Wheaty flavor. Sweet and phenolic. Medium bodied.
