Description
Cellarmaker Brewing Company has been in the works for quite some time. Look for our beers to start making their way around better known beer bars and beer focused restaurants in San Francisco starting in September.
We have a tasting room in the same building as the brewery and will offer tasters, pints, and growlers. Some beers may be bottled further down the line but for now it's all draft. The only way you can take our beer away is in the form of a growler - which by the way, is a great way to drink beer!
Look for a focus of plenty of hoppy beers, belgian-style saisons, dark beers, and sour beers. We are huge fans of wine and bourbon barrel aged beers as well so it's only natural for us to have a barrel program. Think bourbon barrels loaded with big chewy imperial stouts, excessively hopped IPAs, fruited sour beers, and funky saisons. This is what we love. This is what we are all about. We hope you are too!
Please follow along for the ride as we build San Francisco's next great brewery.
Cheers!

Mild cloudy burnt yellow standard session west coast pine and earthy nose. Taste is astringent, insanely bitter and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Almost raw chewy whole hops. Pretty hard to finish but probably nice to these west coasters

Hella hazy yellow. Lovely juicy kiwi and mango with pineapple. Hearty cereal and rye. Wow. The mouthfeel is totally spot on. Very mineral water and listenine mouthfeel without any sting. Lovely juicy acidity and bright fresh hops. Really awesome

On tap at Ale Arsenal. Citrus and overt pine aroma. Clear deep good with a full white head. Strong hop flavor of pine, citrus. Moderate high bitterness. Finishes dry. As it warmed, malty sweetness more pronounced in the flavor. Biscuity.

Straight up copper juicy hops, sweet and a touch of rye. This is a very resinous, pine needle woody beer. It bites your palate hard with bitterness and a touch of sweetness then it leaves a seriously ruination style resin for a long time

Hazy gold. Nose is weak but it could be the taster. Taste is the most raw grapefruit I’ve ever tasted. Like biting into a grapefruit skin and all. The raw medicinal grossness of the skin hits at the finish. Up front is an acidic citrus. Really hard to drink a lot but only due to the finish

Cloudy bronze appearance. Interesting nose. Like the most fresh strawberries and citrus and juicy oranges. Taste is good. A strange sweet foot by the foot candy taste. Slightly acidic and a minor dank ness comes through at the finish Creamy mouthfeel
