Draught @Kaisla. Pale yellow, good creamy white head. Fruity nose (mango, peach). Flavor is also fruity. Beer is quite watery and basic blonde. Maybe yeast from the bottle could help this brew (had it draught)? Short aftertaste.

hazy yellow with fine white head. Aroma of wheat//hops/citrus & spices. A little sweetness. Lively carbonated. Finish has a fine and pleasant bite from the hops. Overall - just above average belgian blonde! Enjoyable!

Pale yellow with white head. Aroma of wheat & citrus. Taste is very little of wheat. Lively carbonation & the little amount of hops/wheat makes it easy drinkable. Pleasant, but it doesnt really have any bite!

Browny read with white head. Aroma and taste of sweet malts, dark fruits and spices. A bit sweet. Finish is pleasant - a bit bitter! Van ecke is quality!

Pale orange gold, small but very dense, snowwhite head, leaving textbook lace. Coriander, grapes, lunaria, pale malts, bit of caramel - rather inviting nose. Dry, perfumed taste, again with clear, but restrained coriander. Pale malts, fruity impression with good, discreet yeast esters. Medium bodied, grist slickness, slight alcoholburn. Pleasing beer, simple but straightforward & clean. No necessity to be more. Does it sound reasonable that I’m a bit surprised by the other ratings?

Bottle at Delirium Café in Gothenburg. My bottle said "Kapittel Watou PAter Ale". Dark amber color, big beige head. Typical Belgian ale scent. Low to none bitterness, fruity taste. Rather big body. A nice fresh Belgian ale that I can have more of.

Golden triple like colour with fine white head. Wheat, fresh citrus fruit and lively carbonation. Easy drinkable. Very fresh.A bit hoppy and bitter finish. Very pleasant!

Brown bottle, 33 cl, expiry date: September 2006, purchased on March 30, 2006; eye: pale straw with some whitish reflections, hazy, a bit of effervescence, white head that disappears rapidly; nose: "freshness", spices, yeast; mouth: let’s write that the flavors are rather weak, a bit of malt, a hint of sourness, a hint of spices, finale of average length where its banana character comes out, fizzy, lightly bitter and sour, light body, rather thin; overall: a bit disappointing FRANÇAIS Bouteille brune, 33 cl, date de péremption : septembre 2006, date d’achat : 30 mars 2006; oeil : paille pâle avec des reflets tirant sur le blanchâtre, voilée, un peu d’effervescence, mousse blanche qui disparaît presque aussitôt; nez : « fraîcheur », épices, levure; bouche : écrivons que les saveurs sont faibles, un peu de malt, une pointe sûrette, un peu d’épices, finale de moyenne durée où le côté banane ressort, pétillante, légèrement amère et sûrette, corps léger, texture plutôt mince; en résumé : un peu déçu

Bottle Pale, yellow body. White, creamy head. Fare lace. Aroma of faint hops. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet initial flavour. Moderately bitter finish. Somewhat watery though.
