Can. Deep golden body. Huge, frothy white head. Aroma of banana, floral hops, toasted grain, citrus. Flavor is moderately sweet to start and lightly to moderately sweet with some light bitterness in the finish. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Heavier in body than it should be for a saison as well as sweeter than it should be, though the bitterness in the finish helps.

12oz can from Tavour. Medium golden, hazy, small, fine foamy head. Aroma is a bouquet of fruity and floral notes, sweet. Taste begins with elements of stone fruit, light citrus, and a floral backend that tapers off to a dry bitterness.

12.7 oz. Aroma is lots of raspberry, lightly woody, light red wine. Pours hazy salmon-pinkish-orange with a small pinkish-white head that falls into a ring pretty quickly. Taste is moderately sweet and a tad savory with a moderately bitter finish. Lots of raspberry flavor, some red wine and barrel character. A bit thin and watery. Not like a saison at all really, but it tastes pretty good.

Pour is typical hazy wit. Aroma is decent wheat malt, vanilla and coriander. Flavor is again a nice typical wit. Soft malt, prickly carbonation with some fresh coriander. This was a nice wit with all the components you are looking for.

Bottle, thanks to Albert! Pours an unclear, orange color, with a medium, foamy, beige head. The aroma is apricot, rye, butterscotch, cloves, light barnyard funk, and straw. Sweet and yeasty. Medium to heavy body, with a syrupy, lightly acidic palate. This is a big saison, yet smooth and easy.

375 ml bottle - hazy purple pour - nose is lush whole raspberries, oak, and Cabernet - a little bit of alcohol - flavor is sharply acidic up front, followed by tart raspberry, heavy wine character, drying oaky tannins late - a little background funkiness late - flavor is a bit rough around the edges and overly sharp for me.

Bottle. Pours clear chestnut with a reddish hue, small beige head, dissipates to a ring with decent lacing. Aroma is woody, cherry, vinous notes. Flavor is light tart, hints of cherries, lots of oak tannin and wine notes. Medium body, low carbonation. Not bad.

Capped 375 from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a caramel color head. Aroma of chocolate and burnt malt. Approaching full bodied. Flavor of chocolate and burnt malt. There is a spice component, but I'm having trouble with identification. Seems like something more towards hot chili than cinnamon or clove. It's somewhat towards dry. Burnt malt bitter. Nice flavor. The spice is enticing.
