Bottle. Pours with a very large and rocky off-white head that slowly diminishes over a clear penny colored body. Good, maybe even great lace. Aroma of orange, caramel, citrus, zest, herbal, light yeast and a spicy malt profile. Softer notes of honey, plastic, apricot, and various florals. Taste is nutty and woody with notes of earth, pine and plastic. Lively carbonation with a dry and light finish.

Pours deep gold into a shaker. Bright white micro head tophats rim and does not recede. Sharp resin aromas. Crisp with underlying band-aid, biscuit, crackers and bread upfront. Resinous hop finish.

Bottle. Pours with a hazy golden orange body with a fluffy off-white head a top. Apricot, honey biscuit, hops, citrus, tangerine, mango, and various exotic fruits on the nose. Taste is bitter (extremely so for a blond), and fruity, with hints of lemon and earth. A touch of malty cracker on the finish. Over carbonated, dry. Very nice blond. Alcohol is well hidden.

Bottle. Pours with a small khaki head over an extremely dark brown body. Aroma of chocolate, leather, plums, soil, earthy hops, and a bit of smoke. Reminds me a bit of Great Divide’s Yeti in the aroma. Taste is smokey, earthy, hoppy and full of very bitter chocolate, coffee and roast. Water like mouthfeel, medium to light carbonation.

Bottle. Pours with a large off-white head with good lacing over a hazed honey-amber body. Aroma of pine and apricot hops, nice caramel and some herbal, marijuana, like notes. Taste is bitter, herbal and overall quite hoppy. Light bubbles with a water like mouthfeel.

Bottle, Great Wit! Pours with a hazed golden body and a small white head. Aroma of spice, honey, tropical fruits, grain, orange, mango, kumquat, coriander, chamomile, light berries, mace and herbal notes. Taste is clove honey, tea, spice, jasmine, citrus, mango and a lot of earth. Cinnamon bread and coconut flesh come across in the finish. Lively, bubbles with a dry finish.

Cloudy yellow. Aroma has yeast, bubblegum, and coriander. Flavor has beef jerkey and more coriander with a little citrus. Some sweetness, but for the style, not that sweet really.

Hazy straw colour. Tart, grainy nose with apple skins. Sour, herbal, and lightly spicy. Whatever this is doing, I think the footy, slightly autolyzed electrical cord note doesn’t work for me.

Pitch black coloured body with a nice dense tan head on top of a fully opaque body. Aroma of fresh hops (odd that its the first scent), chocolate, coffee and a faint nuttiness. Medium-bodied; Sharp metallic twang then opens up to a malty taste full of chocolate and coffee. Aftertaste clean and very refreshing - nothing harsh or bitter at all - a great finish. Overall, a good beer - definitely good for the style. Try this one if its available to you! I sampled this 75 cL bottle purchased from Chevy Chase Wine & Liquors in Washington, D.C. on 02-June-2005 at Jon(R888710)’s.

22oz bottle, hopefully this means some of Cisco’s "issues" will be resolved. It pours a very hazy pale straw color with a small head into a copita glass. The beer is hazy enough that one cannot see through it. The aroma is coriander with some light lemon, similar flavor with a little less coriander, light wheat-y sour (I think this belongs there though). Its a fine wit, a bit too regular though.
