Description
«Atrium» is a Latin word meaning « entrance hall », a place from which we have access to other environments. The Atrium Brewery emanates from a passion for beer, from a strong will to attract other people towards a universe rich of stories, savors and flavors : this is what we are commissioned to do! Therefore we brew unconventional beers making use of high quality products only, carefully selected to lead to a unique sensory experience.

Huge, fluffy white head over clear, metallic golden beer with fine carbonation. Grapey, fruity-estery nose, some rosewater, bit of ureum and resin. Again fruity flavours, sweetish. Hoppy, if nowhere bitter. Passion fruit, guava, citruspeel. Light body, bit hopoilslick. Very well carbonated. Light, decent, amusing. Txs to Stef!

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings briny seaweed notes, medium roast, and earthy notes. Flavour has fairly intense roast, with seaweed, and a touch of soy sauce. The seaweed somehow works in here. Not too briny, and the roast works nicely. Good.
