75cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Slightly hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of elderflowers, light malty, light spicy, light white wine like. Flavour is light tart, elderflowers, light bitter, it’s nice and crisp, but somehow the elderflowers put me off a bit. Bitter-ish finish. Light bodied, subdued flavours.

Bottled 75cl. Hazy yellow color, medium white head. Aroma is a bit dusty like a saison, quite fruity of some citrus and elderflower, which gives the typical aroma to the beer. Bit bitter taste, quite dry, yeasty. Decent fruity saison.

Pours gold into a tulip. Bright white head meringues and leaves chunks as it recedes to skim surface. Sweet caramel and wildflower aromas. Smooth with upfront fruity grass turning bitter hay in the middle and onto the lasting finish.
