75cl bottle pour @ Brasserie de Cazeau after a 130km gravel bike event. Pours a clear blonde, large white head. Rich sweet aroma with a strong hint of alcohol. Flavour profile is nicely rich blonde with an alcohol prang, confident sweetness, moderate bitter close. Not bad.
A very nice Belgian blonde ale, tasty with just the right amount of bitterness. Bought from Beers of Europe, drank at home.

opalescent pale golden colour, one inch of dense and quite stable white head;aroma of lemongrass, lemon zesty, elder flower, some hay, earthy and some grassy notes; taste of quite intensive elder flower, hoppy bitterness, some earthy-yeasty and lemon zesty notes; good one

Color castaño oscuro con reflejos cereza, opaca, espuma blanco hueso cremosa y duradera. Aroma sobrio a la par que agradable a ciruela madura, fruta pasificada, malta tostada. En boca es sedosa, aterciopelada, densa, profunda, algo dulce, ligera acidez y final suavemente amargo, notas de frutos rojos, ciruelas, nueces, vino tinto, levadura y especias. bottle. Very dark brown pour, with a large beige head. Aroma is lots of dark fruit with a soft fruity maltiness. lively mouth feel, and carb. Finish is slightly spicy, more fruit, bready, a little yeasty with some warming alcohol in the end.
