Flaska. Inledningsvis sött vitt bröd och mycket jäst. Därefter örter och blommor. Slutar torrt. Stiltypiskt.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours regular blonde, a little orange, medium transparency and with fine white foam. Aroma is intense sour, also acetic. Body is average, with small tickling carbonation and quite an astringency. Taste is intensely sour, acetic. Final is actually fairly long with more sour/acetic and a curious spicy and tickling feeling.

Pretty much an opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived tan head. Smooth and slightly soft palate, mildly dry, modest fine carbonation. Soft dark malts, not really like an imperial stout but imparting some modest dark chocolate. A soft fruity tang, fairly ripe. Traces of red wine and brandy. Soft semi dry finish. A decent sipper, that leaves a warming afterglow.
