Bottle: Poured a medium black color ale with a large off-white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light roasted malt with Belgian malt and some light DMS. Taste is also dominated by lightly sweet Belgian malt with some lightly roasted malt and some overcooked vegetables which is not strong enough to ruin this beer but not very pleasant either. Body is somewhat full with great carbonation and no alcohol is showing. Interesting take on the style but too flawed to try on a regular basis.

Bottle: Poured a deep hazy blond color ale with large foamy head with great retention and perfect lacing. Aroma of Belgian malt with some floral hops and a lightly sweet finish. Taste is also dominated by lightly sweet malt with some dry floral hops and a yeasty and bread-like finish. Body is quite full with great carbonation and no alcohol is apparent. I thought this was a nice example for the style but a yeast is a bit too dominating.

Bottle: Poured a clear deep burgundy color ale with a huge foamy head with great retention and super good lacing. Aroma of sweet Belgian malt with some dry and grainy ester. Taste is a mix between some spice cake with notes of unrefined grainy malt and a dry malt base. A bit more sweetness would have benefited this beer IMHO. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol.

Bottle: Poured a hazy pale yellow color ale with a rather large pure white foamy head with great retention and very good lacing. Aroma of floral notes with a rather dry finish. Taste is also dominated by some floral notes with some strange spices notes and some bready malt. Line seems be blurred between hops and those dominant floral ester. Body is about average with great carbonation. Very well done if maybe a tad too dry which cut into the refreshing factor of this beer.
