Description
We’ve lived, breathed and brewed beer since 1995 when our founder Colin Brown established Belvoir Brewery.
Brewing started in June 1995 based at 6b Woodhill Industries, Nottingham Lane, Old Dalby. The plant is a collection of redundant equipment from other breweries. Moved at the end of November 2007 to their current location at the same time upgrading to a 20BBL plant.

A bit hazy, medium amber colour, good two-finger off-white head, half-way lasting, fair lacing. Malt aroma, roasty, apple syrup, caramel. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, roasty, toffee, average duration, dry malty finish, chalky and spicy notes. Light to medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, crisp beer, malt rules this one, very pleasant bitter.

Cask at Hand and Heart. Clear pale yellow color, white head. Aroma of light grass. Taste is plain grass. Can someone please explain to me why the brewery name is pronounced "Beaver?" Thanks.
