Brewing started in June 1995 based at 6b Woodhill Industries, Nottingham Lane, Old Dalby. The plant is a collection of redundant equipment from other breweries. Moved at the end of November 2007 to their current location at the same time upgrading to a 20BBL plant.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 1. A dark brown beer with a small tan head. Aroma of Chocolate, sweet Chocolate, toffee. Taste of Coconut, sweet Chocolate, nice.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 1. 08/08/2017. A clear reddy mahogany brown coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is sweet coconut oily sun tan lotion,. Flavour is composed of sun tan, oily, brown sugars, coconut. Brown sugars.. Palate is thin, sugar water. Ok.

Cask @ Slater’s, Wolverhampton. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, malt, grass and hops. Light bitter finish.

Cask @ Stafford Beer & Cider Festival. Nice ehad with good duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are grain, straw, malt, hops, grass and has a good bitter finish.

[ As Belvoir Skyrider ].Clear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, fruity. [ As Belvoir White Dolphin ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear gold beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Thin and slightly grainy malts. Floral mid. Ripe citrus. Some citric peel bitterness. Okay.

Cask at GBBF ’16, day one, 09/08/16. Golden blonde with a moderate off White head. Nose is pale malts, straw, trace of orange, melon. Taste comprises melon, faint vanilla, bread dough, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre gold.
