50cl bottle pours clear amber with copper hues and tan head. The aroma is an odd mix with sort of sour mash mixing with spicy oak followed by muted pine hops and aged malts. Hmm. The taste is a mix of grapefruit like hops, sour mash, spicy oak and then it gets a touch sweet with sugary maltiness. Into the finish mild fruity notes like a tangelo tang come to the surface.

Bomber pours semi hazy amber with copper hues and off white head. The aroma is malty, a bit caramel-y and then musty earthy hops, spicy hops and a thin ring of grapefruit hops around the edges. The taste has a pleasing mix of bitter grapefruit and rich chewy spicy hops that spill into earthy hoppy goodness and a bit of pine by about midway. This hop has wonderful and varied hoppiness rushing out of it. The more I drink the more I’m digging this even though it may not be perfectly fresh, from what I can tell.

Bomber pours clear copper with off white head. The aroma offers up full array of pleasing spicy hoppiness and then it gets sort of bitter resiny like spicy hops as well as earthy hops. Yum. The taste is very much the same with rich chewy spicy hops with faint murmurs of sweet malts that try to temper the hops for a short time. To midway, as the tiny bit of sweet maltiness fades away, the spicy hops pick up a growing bitter resiny sensation and at times I get notes of earthy hops, manure, hay and black tea. I am digging this in a big way. This is the spicy hoppy goodness I’m after.

Bomber pours clear copper with off white head. The aroma offers up grapefruit, resiny bitter hops, a touch of acidity, sweeter malt notes, orange juice and orange peel. The taste is much the same with grapefruit, tangelo and orange like citrus hop notes mixing with lighter sweet malts flavors in the background. At times the hops get fairly bitter and the resininess helps to create a somewhat dry finish.
