Very hazy gold beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is airy, dry and has good fine carbonation. Fluffy pale malts, mildly sweet. Pithy bitter hops, some orange peel. Fresher orange develops and a little tangerine. Smooth finish. Mild pithy bitter linger. Nice enough.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Opaque black - brown beer, decent tan head. Palate is smooth and somewhat viscous, viscous enough that the fine carbonation seems slow to rise. Smooth and rich dark malts, a little dark chocolate. A herby - rooty thing going on. Mellow coffee. Nuts. Mild spice before a smooth finish. Spicy linger. Nicely done.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Cloudy amber beer, short cream colour head. Palate is semi dry and finely crisp. Minerals. Smooth dry malts. Typical tripel spice and dried fruits. Carakelly mellow coffee. Bubblegum esters into a trace of banana. Light crisp finish. Well definitely the best coffee tripel I’ve had (Cough). A little odd but engaging and enjoyable.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s - Bethnal Green. Pours oily black with a creamy, beige head. Nice dark chocolate and dark fruit in the nose, some toast and coffee. Medium to big sweet flavour with some bitter roast, raisins, dark berries, molasses, chocolate, earth. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, with some ashy dryness, baking cocoa, dried dark fruits. Solid.

Bottled 330ml. -from La Cave a Bulles Paris. Black coloured, medium sized brown head, light roasty and alcoholic nose. Roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, noticable alcohol, some berries and a bit too strong ginger in the finish. Interesting stout.

Bottled 330ml. -from La Cave a Bulles Paris. Orange/golden coloured, minimal white head that went away imidiatelly, whiff of coffee in the nose. Moderate malty, fruity, light spicy and alcoholic with distinct notes of coffee and caramel. Rather sweet and spicy finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from La Cave a Bulles Paris. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, light pefumed grassy nose. Biscuity malty, light fruity hoppy, some herbal hops also and mild bitterness in the finish.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. Smak och doft av humle, karamell, torkad frukt, kaffe, honung och vita russin. Fruktig, lagom sötma, mjuk och len, bra smakkombination, välbalanserat, bra avrundning. Mycket gott!
