Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. Smak och doft av humle, karamell, torkad frukt, kaffe, honung och vita russin. Fruktig, lagom sötma, mjuk och len, bra smakkombination, välbalanserat, bra avrundning. Mycket gott!

500 ml bottle. Orange color topped by a large frothy white head. Yeasty sour fruit malt nose. Unique bitter fruity flavor upfront. A contrast of bitter peppery notes and stone fruit maltiness. Slightly earthy with a subtle spicy burn from the chillies. There is a subtle medicinal taste in the finish. The bitterness subsides as well. Overall, a very unique brew that is complex and spicy.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt ,bread, bourbon, laber larver, sweet malt, light coffee - dusty coffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt - yeast, bourbon, light coffee dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. En söt och fruktig trippel med en snygg kaffetvist. Kaffet tar märks tydligt men är samtidigt diskret. Jag är inte säker på att jag plockat att det varit kaffe om jag inte visste att det var det. Mjuk och rund, söt och fruktig, torkad frukt, aprikos, söt stark cider, honung med en ton av grönt men också lite fruktigt kaffe. Riktigt snygg kombo och mycket gott.
