Cask (Market Porter, Southwark) - Amber in colour. Hoppy aroma with grapefruit standing out. Bitter taste with grapefruit, peach and passion fruit detected. Enjoyable.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, lime. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100424]

Spotty lacing on the glassware, thin patches on surface. Amber body colour. Mid-sweet aroma of malts. Well rounded taste character of caramel malts. Bittersweet aftertaste. Cask, half, at Kelham Island Tavern as a part of the fantastic Valley of Beer trail in Sheffield 1 Oct 10.

Cask, gravity at The White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks, 31-07-10 in company of Loz, dad & Pauline Pours warm gold with white fast shrinking white head. Crisp and sweet with a light fruity bitterness and a touch of stingy bitterness. Bit of furriness across the tongue, some grapefruit showing, very nice stuff. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6
