Cask. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and a lighter note of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, as well as a light note of butter, leading to a dry finish where the straw note lingers.

Cask at NWAF, 2011. Black pour no head. Coffee, raisins, roasted malts and dark fruit aromas. Flavours of raisins, chocolate and vanilla. Quite a dry mouthfeel. Dry, malty finish.
