Enjoyed at the Portland brewpub. Hazy light yellow colour with a small white head and decent lacing. Relaxing herbal aromas with the Brett sourness and Belgian ale yeast. The taste is quite mild quite with some Brett earthiness and light grassy notes. Does get better with time, but still not tasting the salt. Smells great, looks like a lot of work to do, but too mild to taste the fruit of their work.

Aroma is subtle Brettanomyces and light haystacks. Flavor shows lasting Brett throughout with haystacks, dusty grain, and slight citrus. Bone dry texture. Real good.

16 oz. can. It looks like dirty grapefruit juice. The flavor has mango, passion fruit right upfront. Sour grain and acid is almost balanced by the fruit juices. Almost. Still the acid is pretty sharp. Overall, still average.

Aroma and flavor run together. Body has some doughy malt, orange, straw, mild yeast character. Bitterness is mild in the form of citrus peel. Overall, quite engaging.
