Description
A humble brewery making honest beer.

After years honing our skills in the brewing and process industry, we set forth to create a brewery with a simple mission; to produce honest beer. The result is a 7,000bbl brewery located in Northern Vermont that is capable of brewing any style of ales and lagers. The brewery takes inspiration from lesser known European beer styles, along with local Vermont life to guide our brews. The attention to detail, modern equipment, and love for beer help produce truly authentic, unique beers. Cheers!

Can on the way to JFK. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a foamy white head. The nose has some nice dank hops, grapefruit, melon and tangerine. Medium sweet flavour with good grapefruit juice character, some mellow rindy bitterness, understated pale bready malts. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice and juicy on the finish, with more grapefruit, melon and mango. Really good stuff.

Tap at Reservoir, Waterbury. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, some Belgian style and malts. Very weak Belgian style ale IMO. Belgian session ale? Sorry but this is little bit of disgrace.
