15th August 2008. Clear dark amber beer. Soft and dry - loads of soft generic fruits and grapefruit. Not a lot of bitterness, Juicy fruit!

Cask @ Lord Arthur Lee, JDW, Fareham. Pours a pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Frioty malty caramel flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

6th August 2008. On tap at GBBF. Initially feels like a mature cider with it’s full bodied apple feel. Then morphs in to a normal but hoppy golden beer. A bit different!

Cask (handpump) @ Shakespeares Head, Shakespeares Head, Africa House, 64-68 Kingsway, Holborn, Greater London England WC2B 6AH.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, apple, notes of smoke - plasic - rubber - chemistry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090803]

Cask @ Ayrshire Real Ale Festival 09. Amber colour, caramel off-white head. Aroma of skunked malts, caramel. Flavour of caramel malts, also a bit skunked. Fairly bitter finish. Not good.

Amber with a small white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, grassy hops and a hint of fruit esters. Malty and grassy flavour with medium bitterness

Cask with Time in the stockbridge tap ... deep brown red ... thin off white head ... woody toffee malt nose ... huge chocolate ... some toffee amlts ... soft juicy and creamy.

Cask @ The Esquire. Hazy golden colour, dense white head. Aroma is malty and spicy. Flavour is malty, smooth, some toastiness. Very drinkable.

Amber with a small white head. Aroma of toffee, caramel and a hint of fruit. Sweet toffee flavour with a slightly roasted finish.

Bottled. Deeper yellowish golden colour with small fluffy head. Aroma is fruity and flowery hops along with some mild grassy notes. Flavour is quite much the same.
