Description
Binghams Brewery opened its doors in 2010 and was located in the Berkshire village of Twyford. We’ve been brewing quality cask ales across the spectrum from lighter thirst slaying session beers (3.7%) to something with a bit more oomph (5.0%).

Moved to Woodley in 2020, brewing ceased shortly after.

Cask at Allied Arms, Reading. 19/05/17. Vague fruity aroma. A slightly hazy chestnut. Thin off-white head. Sweet and sour. Sour fruit and berries. Caramel. Light bodied. Indistinct carbonation. Low key finish. Did not enjoy this. Just became too sweet and sour for me.

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Light malty chocolate aroma. Dark with a reddish tint. Thin beige head. Restrained light bitter which runs smoothly in to the finish. Underlying sweetness. Chocolate. Malts. Sour berries. Medium bodied. Oily. Low key finish. Good stuff. Will use ’restrained’ again but that’s not a bad thing. A well balanced stout.

Cask (Angel JDW, Basingstoke) - Golden in colour. Moderate notes of pine and citrus in the aroma and the taste. Seems they were a bit stingy with the hops.
