Handpull cask at Just Beer Micropub, Newark-on-Trent. Light yellow/cream, hazy with a thin layer of white head. Some natural carbonation. Notes of jasmine, apricot and some apple in the aroma. Sweet taste with some very soft bitterness from citrussy hops in the finish. Guava and apple blossom in the aftertaste. Brilliant little beer.

[ As Pentrich Blossoms at Night ].
ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light caramel, apple, light hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, apple, orange, sharp, sweet malt, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180126]

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a frothy head. Has a stewed fruitiness in both aroma and taste with a fair bitterness.

Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Deep, chestnut brown. Frothy, blotchy, pale tan head. Nose has dark chocolate. Some coffee. Some bonfire toffee. Taste is fruity, toffee sweet. Some ashy, coffee grind bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. More ashy bitterness on the finish. Nice one. Went well with a Kelham ham sandwich!

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, a few white bubbles for a head. Palate is light and dry and fairly flat. Dry malts, some grain. Dry pithy citrus and watery orange. Some floral bitterness before the dry finish. Flat and uninteresting.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is sweaty, funk, lacto, grassy, bile. Straw. Flavour is grainy, lemon rind, spicy citrus. Palate is grainy, semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Meh.
