330ml bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Pours black, no head. Aroma bears a pleasant sweetness thats hard to define. Taste is oily, lacking carbonation and body, but possessing that aforementioned sweetness that rescues things alongside some nice chocolate and dark berry fruit hints.

Cask, gravity dispensed, at the Prince of Wales, Farnborough. An amber colour with a ring of white head;aroma of damp hay; soft malty taste with some caramel; then a dry straw finish. A simple malty bitter, that could well have been made in a barn.
