Description
Craig studied Malting, Brewing and Distilling science in Edinburgh, worked in several micro breweries in the UK and also for an independent malt whisky bottler. A bona fide flavour junky, he was naturally attracted to La Belle France where he worked for a few years in Burgundian wineries before settling with his French wife and family in the countryside north of Paris where he started his activities in 2010.
To get the business up and running he used the ultra-scientific, quality-driven de Proef brewery in Belgium and still uses, for the moment, this brewery for the production of the first three creations: Agent Provocateur, Cuvée d'Oscar and Psychedelia. in June 2015 a brewery installation was completed in the French farm-house where he lives.

Pours gold into a snifter. White head with good retention recedes to hug rim. Honey and caramel aromas. Sweet yeast and tropical fruit front to back. Dry, lasting pepper finish.

Bottle, purchased in Paris, October 2011. Opaque brown with a tall but thin head. Sediment is visible on the side of the glass. I think very highly of De Proefbrouwerji, and this was a good, unusual beer with complexity. Aroma has yeast, light hops, and citrus. Flavor has some wheat sweetness, as well as more citrus, and dry malt and yeast. Dry, lightly bitter finish.

Bottle courtesy of Kermis. The aroma is rich and a little fruity. The flavour is medium bitter, malty, spicy and with a nice clean slightly sour palate. A superb beer.

Wspaniałe i treściwe w smaku, a finisz wytrawny i trochę kwaskowaty z lekką zawadiacką nutą alkoholową. Polecam.

Dobre i ciekawe piwo. Nazwa prowokacyjna:) i polecam skosztować je.

33 cl. bottle split with Kraddel. Bright golden with a solid white head. Nose is sweet fruity, mellow sweet orange & mandarins, sweet inside flesh, sweet flowers (flower power promised on the bottle & bam! I am getting flowers), sweet fruits, light touch of caramel, light grass touch. Taste is sweet fruity, inside flesh of oranges & mandarins, sweet flowers, soft & touch of bitter flowers on the back, light spices, light grass in the back. Softer, touch fuller body. Maybe a bit too old but still not bad, mellow but nicely mellow.

Draught at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Lighly hazy golden, small head. Sugary nose with gooseberry and mango. Very sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Clean with the sort of generic, half lifeless de Proef mouthfeel. A thin layer of tropical fruits. Mid bitter finish.
