Description
The Heritage Brewing Company was situated in the heart of The National Brewery Centre Museum which incorporates large elements of the original Bass Collection which have been added to and invested in to create a national resource of brewery history, technology and nostalgia.
The brewery was forced to stop brewing in 2023 due to the sale of its location but merged with Burton Bridge Brewery Ltd in 2024 and all production moved there.

Cask@GBBF2012. Amber colour, no head. Aroma is caramel malts, fruits, some toffee and mild earthyness. Flavour is grassy, floral, caramelly along with some sweet wooden and resiny notes.

Cask. Clear amber with a small white head leaving some lacework. Lightly sweet bubblegum aroma. Light body, low carbonation, a little caramel and overripe fruit with a dry late bitterness. Pleasant and easy going. 070412

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, sour malt, ripped fruit, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. [9/27/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Cask at The Wharf in Aalborg. Clear amber color with a bit of white bubbles. Aroma of malt, slightly bready, light fruitiness, light grainy notes and a touch of hops. Sweetish malty flavor with light fruity notes and a mild, slightly citric bitterness in the finish. Quaffable.

Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 3. Pours ruby-brown with a small head. Some bread and toast, light fruit and dough. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mild sweet finish, fruit and dough. Very easy, nice mild.
