Box @ JDW Shrewsbury Hotel. Pours misty yellow, aroma has light orchard must. Taste presents a light acidity, soft bittersweet cider apple fruit, fairly light simplistic with distant tannins.

BIAB at William Stead JDW, Darlington. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, afew bubbles on top and fruity apple & funk aroma. Taste is tangy apple, some apple skin, bittersweet, citric and with drying tannin. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2018. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, white sugars, clean apple juice,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody apple, tangy apple, bark,. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, pithy, still. Nice stuff.

Flavour is composed of sweet anf tangy red currant, brown sugars, . Palate si medium sweet, tangy, moderate carboantion. . Super jammy.

Subtle end to my trip to Brum. Pint pour from box at The Stable. Culmination of my trip. Good food, good drink. Hearty, fruity cider, cherries tempering bothe apple sweetness and tartness. Light swertness throughout. Tasty.

Bag in box at The Stable, Birmingham. 01/05/17. A feint apple skin aroma. Gold, slightly opaque. Thin white head. Light sweetness, with an underlying sour kick. Light bodied. Watery. Soda fizz carbonation. Short dry finish. Not overly flavourful but refreshing.
