On tap at The Stable - Birmingham, pours a cloudy blonde with no head. Nose brings out musty dry apple skins and the tiniest hint of farmhouse character. Flavour is very floral, with a floral apple character and lightly sweet green apples. Floral, only lightly sweet; not terribly complex. It's alright.

Bottle bought in Swanage back in 2020 and now reclaimed whilst staying at the in-laws'. Aroma has low key apple peel. Clear gold. No head. Light-medium sour. Juice. Sulphurous edge. Possibly muted by age. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long dry finish. Nice enough.

500ml bottle from a beer shop in Buxton. Pours a clear yellow. Mild minty nose, with freshly picked garden mint coming through to taste alongside some medium sweet apple fruit. Generally clean with a mild acidity. Quite nice. Probably goes well with lamb.
