Description
We opened our doors in Brixton in mid 2013 with the aim of teaching Londoners how to make beer. We have expanded operations at this site to offer up to 30 draught lines featuring our commercially available beers, exclusive nano brews and guest beers plus a large stock of cans and bottles to take home. We remain one of the very few venues in London to stock home brewers with hops, malt and yeast.

Bottle shared in London - picked up at the Lab. Pours deep brown with a thick, frothy beige head. The aroma has some chalky cocoa, light roast, burnt wood. Light to medium sweet flavor with torched cereal, baking cocoa, light meat, dried berries. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with dry, lightly dusty cocoa, dry cherry, chalky earth, wood. Not bad.

Bottle shared at Leightons house. Thanks to LNS. Hazed golden coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is pine, varnish, grass hop. Maybe a little veg matter in there. Flavour is crisp straw and pale malts, tangy orange, citrus. Strange yeast character, maybe a little saison like. Palate is medium light with highish carbonation. Semi dry finish. Nice interesting beer.
