Description
We opened our doors in Brixton in mid 2013 with the aim of teaching Londoners how to make beer. We have expanded operations at this site to offer up to 30 draught lines featuring our commercially available beers, exclusive nano brews and guest beers plus a large stock of cans and bottles to take home. We remain one of the very few venues in London to stock home brewers with hops, malt and yeast.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours golden-orange with tiny suspended particles and a medium white head. The nose is fresh, juicy, sherbet, orange, touch of grass and zesty grapefruit. The taste is crisp, btter, orange rind, grapefruit, straw, toasty grass and some alka seltzer action with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Great aroma to it. Crisp, bitter and rather drinkable.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The nose is toasty, sweet fruits, apricot/peach, light spice, pepper, celery salt & oregano. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, straw, grassy, toasty grain, generic fruitineess, pepper and light herbal notes. Medium body and fien carbonation. I am not 100% sold on the herbal edge going on, but its OK.
