0.33l bottle thank Lore. Hazy dark orangebody with a beige head. Aroma and taste of caramel, biscuit, orange jam and floral hops. It has a bit of buttery character. Very nice.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Barrique, Odijk. Clear brown with a off-white head. Malty aroma with a light roast, some dates and figs ans some light chocolate. Sweet taste. Reminds me of a good Belgian dubbel but with the added complexity of an Abt. Gentle carbonation and a really smooth body and finish. Excellent beer.

Gekocht bij Dranken Maes te Dendermonde op 9/03/2019. En thuis geproefd op 7/06/2019. Tynt Meadow is een helder donker-rood biertje dat bij het uitschenken een normale hoeveelheid beige schuim produceert, dit blijft op een normale manier aan de glaswand kleven en is tamelijk stabiel, na een tijd heb je nog steeds een ietwat dikker fijn laagje in uw glas. Slechts weinig CO2 verzadiging te zien met fijne belletjes.
HET AROMA:
Is karamel zoet met wat zoethout, wat fruitigheid en ook gebrande- en koffie mout.
DE SMAAK:
Karamelzoet en wat toffee-stroperig, cichoreibitter, rozijnen, vijgen, chocolade-, gebrande- en koffiemout, wat peper en lichtjes vanille.
HET MONDGEVOEL:
Tynt Meadow is een biertje met een volle body, ietwat bitterdroog, volmondig van textuur en medium prikkelend. Een complex biertje.
DE NASMAAK:
Vloeit lang uit, vooral de koffie-mout blijft zeer lang achteraan de keel zitten, wat zoete stroperigheid, cichoreibitter, nog steeds de hele resem mouten, een pepertoetsen een licht droogje.
HET VERDICT:
Lekker drankje. Deze trappist moet evenwel gedegusteerd worden met liefst nog iets te eten erbij. Al die mouten en de cichorei moeten toch wat onderdrukt worden om van deze trappist te kunnen genieten.

Bottle. An unclear reddish light brown beer with a creamy beige head. Sweetish, fruity aroma with some caramel and bread, hints of dried fruits and grass, a herbal hint and a touch of alcohol. It's sweet on the palate, with a dry-ish herbal feeling, caramel and caramel sauce, some bread crust and dried fruits, a grassy touch and a light hint of toffee and chocolate. Some alcohol warmth in the finish. Even though there's quite a lot of things going on here, it feels like there's lacking something. Not bad though, this one. 190518

Bottle at home. Pours a slightly unclear mahogany colour with a big beige, creamy head. Aroma of fudge, bread crumbs, dades, heather and wood. Flavour of dades, wood, fudge, leather and grass. Has a slick mouth feel, medium to full body and a light bitterness. Malty with sweet undertones. Nice English strong ale. Well-balanced.

Deep ruby brown colour, tall frothy tan head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma roasted malt, toffee, licorice, raisins, brown sugar, some tar. Smooth taste, light heavy sweet and light bitter, malty, dark fruit, licorice, caramel, some coffee groundings. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, bit fruity, coffee notes. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, rich and round, excellent.
