Bottle. Bready malt aroma with notes of caramel, toffee, dark chocolate, licorice, dark fruit and pepper. Pours cloudy toffee brown colored with a thin tan head that has little retention or lacing. Starts with dark chocolate, licorice, caramel and bready malt flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with toffee, dark fruit and pepper flavors. Excellent.

Cloudy reddish brown beer, creamy beige head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, malty, caramel, gentle roast, raisins, figs, some milk chocolate, very nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, good roast, nice, some cocoa powder, malty, grassy. Aftertaste: slightly sweet, raisins, a bitter touch, malty , lovely, very complex, very nice!

Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: oxidized, malty, orange peel, some honey, overripe banana, grains, caramel, hay, rural impression. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, very malty, sweet touch, caramel, soft acidity, some apples, fruity, a hint of gingerbread. Aftertaste: malty, grains, hay, caramel, a bit oxidized, pleasant, very decent stuff!

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a chalice. Hazy deep golden colour, good frothy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, yeast, pears, light apricot, some honey, spicy notes, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, biscuit, yeast, light toffee, earthy notes. Medium cody, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, clear and present earthy notes, bit peppery on the tongue, very nice.

Color rubio velado muy atractivo, espuma blanca de retención media, en general su aspecto es harto apetecible. Aroma muy 'britanico' en nariz, tiene ese aroma maltoso, herbal, floral y afrutado que en parte recuerda a las más clásicas english IPA. (Bottle) Reddish brown colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, slightly roasty nose with dried fruit, dates, treacle, dark bread, apricots, chocolate and orange. Malty, slightly roasted taste with notes of dried fruit, dates, figs, dark bread, treacle, apricots, chocolate, nuts, orange and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and well made trappiste ale. Very nice.
