Description
Lost and Grounded Brewers is a brewery in Bristol, UK, established in July 2016. We are particularly fascinated by the precision of German brewing and the idiosyncratic nature of Belgian beers, and we chose the brewhouse of our dreams that could help us make these wonders of fermentation.

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Light haze on this deep amber beer, good cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi-dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Tangy malts, some unsweet toffee tang. Ripe fruits. Fair bit of Spice. A little milky creamy sweetness. Smooth finish. Quite entertaining.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - London. Pours clear yellow with a tight, creamy whit head. Nice tangy lemon in the nose, background wheat. Light sweet flavour with decent acidity, more lemon character, a little salt. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean, quenching finish, with more tart lemon, pleasant dryness. Very drinkable. Great warm-weather chugger it would be.

Keg at Drafthouse Tower Bridge. Vague peppery aroma. Caramel brown. Cloudy. Thin but creamy white head. Sweet and sour/bitter. Juicy citrus. But with a liberal sprinkling of pepper. Thin bodied. Relatively light but with some slickness to it. Average carb. Dry astringent finish. Really liked this. The juicy fruit and pepper go well together.
