Description
Lost and Grounded Brewers is a brewery in Bristol, UK, established in July 2016. We are particularly fascinated by the precision of German brewing and the idiosyncratic nature of Belgian beers, and we chose the brewhouse of our dreams that could help us make these wonders of fermentation.

Bottle at home from Offie & Toffee. A nice pour that lead me to a taste of a pimped up and quite rich pilsner. It was nice, but completely overpriced for what it was. Which is a lager.

Keg at Brewdog CJ. Creamy yeasty sour aroma - not keen. A dark ruby brown. Creamy off white head rings the rim. Sour. Some bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carb. Abrupt finish. OK. Wasn't expecting the sourness. Loses points for the aroma.

Keg at BrewDog Södermalm, Stockholm. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Bready nose with mild floral hops. Mid dry with medium body and firm, well rounded mouthfeel. Toasty and mildly floral with notes of hay. Mid bitter finish. Splendid dunkel! Harmonious and thoroughly well brewed.
