Description
As San Diego's first and only Brewery/Winery/Restaurant, we pride ourselves on putting everything we have into the things we do and push the boundaries of creative products to share with our guests. Our beers are focused on drinkability, merging inspirational flavors from our restaurant and winery to create one of a kind products. Our tasting room is attached to our restaurant, The Cork and Craft. We're open every day except for Monday, including lunch during the work week, and brunch on Sundays. We not only offer our own beers on tap, but many other guest beers from around the world that we share our 40 taps with. We feature flights of our own beers which can be enjoyed in the bar, restaurant or on our heated outdoor patio. Come in for the beer, stay for the food, and discover your Abnormal side.

US Pint in a tall vase shaped glass in 5 Wines, San Juan Capistrano on 27th January 2022. Clean and clear golden body, full white head that held up well. Crisp, refreshing and easy to drink. Hoppy with a mild malty base. Decent all round.

500ml (thx, Brian S. for the bottle and Tom B. for keeping this since COVID started) @ Andrey's. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: sweetness, dark fruits, coconut and some coffee. Taste: along the same lines, fruit soap notes, inky bitterness, some coffee and coconut. Overall: just an ok, looks like 2 COVID years didn't add to this beer at all.

Tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Black colour. The maple dominates the aroma. Maple and roasted malt flavour, nutty, strong alcohol component, some salty liquorice, but the coffee is too harsh in the finish, ashy.
