We not only offer our own beers on tap, but many other guest beers from around the world that we share our 40 taps with. Aromas are the standard cocoa, roast, dark malt and a little mineral. Flavors are like nose, good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Some coffee in there. Slightly sweet in the finish. Nice dark beer but nothing special.

Can from San Diego Wine Co. Clear golden, thinning, off-white head. Aroma of pine, dank pineapple, mango, melon, mandarin zest, artisan jam. Taste has sweetish melon & mango; sourish citrus flesh, bitter pine and a dry-biscuity maltiness. Piney, slightly floral hoppy finish with citrus peel and grapefruit. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. An ideal West Coast IPA.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Slightly hazy orange-red. Cherries, lime, sourish, a bit of lacto, sweetish note. Decent.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear, brassy gold with a largish white head. Aroma of berry, earth, citrus/pine, floral and tropical. Med body. Dry, but earthy/juicy. West Coast (new school) bitter. Flavor is very complex. Flavor is very, very nice.

Black, bubbly thick head. Cinnamon and vanilla on this is nice. Rich chocolatey malt, lots of cinnamon and vanilla…chocolate horchata, light influences of barrel. Decent residual sweetness.

Hazy, pale, allium, cannabis, medium bitterness and mellow sweetness. Balanced well. The weedy I7 is hitting and the older school hops make it lean in a direction i like.

This poured with more co2 than I’d expect. Dark brown, medium head. Sweet, but the brandy barrel cuts it with a fair bit of acidity. This creates the impression of a fruity sourish stout… not 100% sure that was the idea. It’s not bad but it needs more richness and in this case I’m thinking the treatment is messing that up a bit.
