Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a clear orange with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong green pepper and roast. Medium mouth, burnt toast, roast, candy sugar, very sweet, good.

May 24, 2024 rating: 473mL can, pours a cloudy milky yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of juicy tropical fruits, grapefruit, and some dank hops. Flavour is fairly juicy, with lots of tropical fruits, some gentle bitter grapefruit, and a touch of dank hops. I definitely don't think this is as good as I did 9 years ago, but I'm pretty happy with it now considering my intense hatred of hazies. 7 3 8 3 15 Oct 12, 2015 rating: 750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark golden orange with a small white head. Nose is dank as fuck, with truckloads of juicy pot-like hops. Flavour is actually fairly mellow for a IIPA, with dank citrus hops, a little pine, and biscuity malt. Wonderfully balanced and quite restrained for a double IPA. Smooth and highly drinkable. Excellent. 8 4 8 4 16

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose is divine, with citrus hops, tropical fruitiness, pine and just enough biscuity malt. Flavour brings out tangy citrusy hops, some pine and a little tropical fruit. Loads of depth to this one. The malt is there just to hold things together. Dry, slightly bitter finish. Excellent.

750 ml bottle dated 05/02/15 supplied by Willrunforbeer, this is how you follow up Hill Farmstead, wow! Bright hazy gold with great spotty head retention. Good lord that is a ton of onion, scallion and danky weed like notes.
The flavor mimics the aroma and is A metric fuck ton of Mosaic hops with the addition of traces of pine, grass and some tropical fruit. The carbonation and mouthfeel is soft and gentle. Bitterness is on the lower side with the malt sitting in the back seat and hops all upfront. The Mosaic is alive and kicking, awesome.

Bottle brought by my cousin for afternoon hang. Hazy yellow orange with sudsy head. Nose is amazing tropical fruits, some pine and resin. Tastes of mango, pineapple, melon, grapefruit, resin, pine caramel, candied sugar, some grass. Nice rich mouthfeel or fruit. Wonderful.

Pours hazy light gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving slight sheets. Bread, earthy leaves and funky yeast aromas. Soft with caramel, grilled meat, and earthy yeast front to back. Dry vegetal finish. This is a strange one...glad others are enjoying it...

Pours pale, hazy yellow into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Hay, citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Soft with grapefruit upfront turning to sweet marshmallow and lemons before returning to grapefruit pith and resin in the lasting finish.

The beer is a deep amber. It’s fairly hazy. Creamy off white head. Good retention. The aroma is candy-ish malt sugar, caramel, light floral rum, bread, dough and very mild oak. Raisins, apricots, a little plum. Raisin and dough malt sweetness. Mild barrel character which is probably a good thing. A bit sweet but nice. Subtle earthy Belgian yeast note bouncing around. Full mouthfeel. Solid enough dubbel. Doesnt overdo the barrel flavor.

750ml bottle pours a hazy orange gold with some lacing, white head. Nose is crazy, super dank, tons of fruit, chive, oniony, guava, pineapple, orange marmalade, grassy. Unpack this nose and tell me it’s NOT a 10. Flavor is all fruit, guava, pineapple, orange, mango, maybe a little yeasty, some green apple (not in a bad way). Finishes clean. Excellent.
