Pale gold with some brighter marigold tints and a medium-sized white head that slowly recedes to cover. Lightly hazy. Leave it to their Belgian-style beers to have a much higher clarity than their IPAs (I understand why this is, but it’s still funny to me).
Straightforward C-hops in the nose don’t give off any overt resin, but rather an orange/grapefruit character. Some light yeast sourness mixes with the esters to produce some yellow fruit notes (peach, pineapple) while the alcohol is noted lightly. A bit of an odd, sugary-like note emerges as well, almost cotton candy-like.
The first thing I notice upon drinking it, is the much looser carbonation than their pales/IPAs. I constantly find this in their Belgian ales and I don’t understand why. It takes away from the crispness of the beer and exacerbates the sugary, cotton candy-like flavors found within. I took a few more sips and tried to imagine drinking this beer without knowing anything about it. I’m not sure I’d be able to pin it as Belgian. At best, a very Americanized version of a Belgian-style. Candyish, lightly alcoholic and very fruity (with moderate hop bitterness). If they could just tighten up the carbonation....

Bottle thanks to The Trillium Rep in London - Leighton. It pours cloudy golden-orange with a decent white head. The nose is soft, juicy, peachy, apricot, lychee and further tropical fruit action. The taste is crisp, restrained bitterness, minerals, peppery, orange rind, grapefruit, doughy, kumquat and a touch of grass with a bone-dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Great fruity aroma. Crisp and crushable.

Growler split at CBC Clerko Tasting, massive thanks to Leighton, 03/06/15. Lightly hazed orange with a moderate off white covering. Nose is juicy citric pith, pine needle, melon, light bread dough, pissy citrics, dank hop strokes. Taste comprises juicy citric peel, melon, pine resin, grapefruit, mandarin, orange pith. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi aggresive hop bitterness and skunky licks in the close. @XoXolid !

Pours a slightly hazed gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Mango and passionfruit aromas. Soft and dry with biscuit and hay upfront turning to juicy mango and drying resin in the lasting finish.

Growler shared in London. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy white head. So, so dank in the nose, loads of piss, pith, peach, apricot, tangerine. Medium sweet flavor with juicy citrus, pale bread, mango, peach, nectarine. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Wonderful balance on the finish, loads of juicy citrus fruits, pineapple, peach, tangerine. Outrageously juicy. Gorgeous. One of the best DIPAs I’ve ever had.

Thanks to Rian for sharing. Fresh floral nose. The beer starts fresh and smooth, quite dry but nice hop profile. Fresh, pine, hints of malt. Not too much bitterness, fresh, malty-dry finish with piney hints. Nice but not too intense :)

Bottle shared in London. Pours unclear gold with a frothy white head. Lovely aroma, lots of plump and juicy hops, citrus. Medium sweet flavor with low bitterness, dry pale bread, some pith, apricot, tangerine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, continuing juicy, lightly ripened citrus fruits. Wonderful.

Many thanks to Rian for sharing. Very fresh nose. The beer starts very viscous. Lots of pine and fresh green hops. Intense. Thick but great. Fresh intense aftertaste, round and hoppy with a not too sweet body. Great intense hoppy. Very nice.
