Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear golden pour with the thinnest of white heads, a feint whiff of fruity hop, taste has everything on a volume of 2, slight citrus slight malt on the edge of bitterness, stagnant carbonation, yeah I don’t like but didn’t drain pour because I’m a masochist.

Cask gravity @ Bree Louise, Euston NW1. Pours a hazy golden color with a no head. Has a fruity malty spicy vanilla aroma. Fruity malty spicy vanilla flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy vanilla finish.

Almost clear red - brown beer. Small pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry with moderate carbonation. Sweet malt and a little aniseed. Good fruits - sweet cherry and orange and lesser generic fruits and red berries. Light neutral finish. A sweet fruity bock!

Hazy gold beer with a small white head. Palate is light and dry with moderate carbonation. Bitterish grapefruit balanced with dry floralness and dry grass. Mild minerals. Quite a dry finish to finish off a dry and bitterish beer. But it has a certain charm. Mild orange and grapefruit in the medium bitter linger.

Cask at Bree Louise. Has quite a deep double IPA taste. A slavering bitterness cloaked in sumptuous fruits and a vague wisp of wood varnish. Very moreish.

Dark red - brown beer. A few tan bubbles for a head. Light dry palate with very mild carbonation. Dry malt. Quite a sweet generic fruit vibe here. Mellow smoke. Very dry finish. Much too dry but other than that quite drinkable and not that smokey a bastard!

Old Fountain. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry, just a little carbonation. Dry thin pale malt. The Mosaic hops here are as thinly used as I have come across. The tropical fruit goodness is quite subtle here. Finishes dry and a little bitter. It’s okay but not really the best showcase of this great hop.

Cask (The Rockstone, Southampton) - Copper coloured. Spiced orange, toffee and dried fruit in the aroma. Bitter, fruity and hoppy taste with caramel, dried fruit and apricot.
