Amber, clear, dense rich white head, good lacing
Aroma - caramel malts, soft citrus hops, grapefruit, nice soft resinous hops
Taste as main aroma, good balance between malts and hops, really good flavour
Palate - soft carb, medium body. Finish as main flavour, nice bittersweet hoppy malts
Overall - A really nice drinkable beer and very well balanced, nothing harsh or overdone

14/VII/2012 - 50cl bottle from The Bottleshop (Canterbury) @ home - BB: 16/III/13 (2012-718)

Clear copper red beer, big creamy yellowish head, very stable, adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, sweet ripe peaches, bit cheesy, piny, resinous. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, some citrus, grains, pretty cheesy, bitter piny hops. Aftertaste: very bitter, grapefruit, piny with a malty undertone.

Bottle @ Papsรธ. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a sweetish roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and licorice flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice finish.

pitch dark smooth light brown head. roasted malty aroma, otherwise mild. flavor is roasted malts, bitterness from malts, sweet malts, nice imp stout.

Bottled. A murky brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, chocolate, and roasted malt, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a pitch black with a creamy beige head. Sweet chocolatey aroma with some dark dried fruits and alcohol. Rich body with heavy dark chocolate, prunes and sweet coffee. Some malt bitter finish. Quite enjoyable. 270612
