Cask gravity at GBBF 2015 day 1. Light golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is tangy lemon citrus, pine and background tropical fruit, light grainy malts. Flavour is good balance between light caramel, grainy base Malts, grassy and pine needle hop. Pretty classic APA. IPA. Palate is medium bodied, little chewy, lingering spicy pine needle.

Bottle at home in CT - picked up at Julio’s. Pours clear, bright gold with a frothy white head. The aroma is fairly restrained, with subtle notes of dried citrus fruits and pine needles. Light-medium sweet flavor with dry pale malts, flaky pine, lemon rind, hay. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with moderate grassy, piney bitterness, baked pale malts, more dry and rindy citrus. Drinkable enough but there’s just not much to this beer.

Bottle at home in Salisbury. Thanks, Julio! Pours totally clear gold with a frothy, off-white head. The nose holds dry and pithy citrus fruits, some mango Nd apricot. Light sweet flavor with more pithy citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, a bit of smokey minerality, more apricot, a bit of peach. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and lightly drying on the finish with yet more pith and minerals, grapefruit, rindy tangerine. Solid SIPA. I could easily drink a few bottles of this sauce,
