Pours red/amber with an almost non-existent head.Nose shows chocolate malt, grainy notes, cocoa, nutty hints and sweet blood orange.Flavours are a bit harsher and not as cohesive despite following along the same lines as the aroma.

If I were making something with blood oranges and beetroot, that’s not the goat’s cheese I would use. Bottle. Venous red with a mauve head that doesn’t last too well. Aroma of blood oranges, milk chocolate, caramel, spices. Light bodied. Sweet with caramel and chocolate, lots of blood orange (including acidity), a woody and earthy note that I suppose is the beetroot, peppery and leafy bitter finish. I don’t don’t love it, but it’s pretty interesting and clearly not thrown together.

Bottle. Dark brown with a small beige head. Earthy nutty aroma with sweet coffee and mild roast. Medium bodied with lowish carbonation. Fairly sweet but bitterness creeps up quickly - coffee, mild roast, some chocolate, earthy seedy notes. Nice, bitterness coming through more clearly makes it slightly better than the old stronger version.

Gold with a ridiculously huge white head. Thin, very highly carbonated. Hoppy aroma with berries, crackers, spices. Dry with berries, citrus and spices. Probably OK but far too fizzy.

Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Clear, golden-amber colour with a thin, off-white head. Fruity aroma with caramel malts, grape, citrus, sweet exotic fruits, some residual sugar and floral hops. Taste is bitter. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus and a good fruitiness. Nice D-IPA.
