Lemony and zesty - slight spices and sweetness - cloudy yellow, nice lacing - not much else to say.

This is a quality ESB - excellently balanced out between hops and maltiness - much like Hop Devil, but with less malt presence - probably one of the best American made ESBs I've had.

Very well masked alcohol - a little bitter for a doppelbock, but still has its share of malty sweetness - not what I was expecting, but still good - light and easy drinking for the style.

A pretty good porter - nothing really sets it apart from the greats, but it holds its own somewhat with them (fullers, anchor, etc.) - mild chocolate and coffee presence - a little thin, but quite enjoyable.

Some fusels, faint malt. Light amber colour. A little bit of stickiness. Like an underhopped Polish mocne. Lacks the melanoidins I seek.

Cloudy light tan. Banana and spice aroma. Dry and hoppy, seems a bit minerally, too.

Bright copper. Light aroma - only the vaguest smoke, munich malts. Lightish body, again just faint smoke underpinning a slightly toasty, caramelly vienna.

Wood, toast, raisins and a hint of coffee. Dark brown with chestnut. Thinnish body - dry in the finish also slightly sour. One of those old-time entires, a throwback of sorts.

Copper with slight haze. Aroma - flowers, earth, herbs, light hay, multigrain bread crust. Dark crystal malts jump out first, followed by curranty, herbal hoppiness and peaty, earthy malts. Woody, rustic finish.

Very dark brown. Mildly nutty aroma with raisins and toffee. Sweet, light toffee, raisin bread, demerara. Very light body, but it's authentic. I've have a few milds like this in England.
